Introducing the Newest Member of Our Family!

I’m bursting with excitement to share some incredible news: I’m an aunt! My amazing sister welcomed her first baby into the world, and I couldn’t be happier for her. Baby Bowen has stolen our hearts from the moment we met him.

I have been waiting so long capture this milestone for my sister. There’s something truly magical about photographing a newborn. Their tiny fingers, sweet little toes, and sweet expressions. I wanted to create a collection of images that would capture his innocence and once in a lifetime milestone for my sister to cherish forever.

For as long as I can remember, all my sister wanted in life was to become a mom. We grew up in a household where our mom ran a daycare out of our home so we were always around children. She spent most of her career as a nanny taking care of everyone else’s kids while yearning for her own. So when she met her husband Tony and got married shortly after, I knew a baby was coming next and I literally couldn’t wait! I was lucky enough to witness my sweet nephew enter the world as she birthed him at home. It was my first experience watching a baby enter the world and it was one of the the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. Watching my sister become a mom is makes me so happy. She’s happier than I’ve ever seen her and motherhood is so natural for her.

I’m so grateful to be a part of this new chapter in our family’s story. Being an aunt is an incredible journey, and I can’t wait to watch Bowen grow and explore the world.
